Terra Prime is a revolutionary product designed to penetrate, bond, and stabilize the sub-base layer of asphalt pavements, providing essential waterproofing properties prior to asphalt placement. Through extensive testing conducted by the esteemed University of Texas at Austin in collaboration with the Texas Department of Transportation, Terra Prime has proven to outperform all competing products, surpassing the capabilities of MC-30, a commonly used cutback asphalt worldwide. Unlike cutback asphalt, which is classified as a volatile organic compound by the Environmental Protection Agency, Terra Prime offers a superior alternative with environmentally friendly characteristics. Our polymer-based emulsion requires water dilution, ensuring a non-petroleum-based composition. During the curing process, Terra Prime evaporates only water, emitting no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Say goodbye to solvents and concerns about road or vehicle damage. The application of Terra Prime is effortless and requires no specialized equipment or handling procedures.

Top-Seal White™(TSW)

Terra Fog™(TF)

Terra Fog extends the service life of asphalt pavements and forestalls drastic maintenance, such as resurfacing and seal coating, by preventing water from infiltrating the base. Terra Fog penetrates the pavement and seals loose particles, thereby improving the pavement’s structural matrix.

Terra Prime™ (TP)

Terra Prime is a polymer-based emulsion that requires water dilution. It is non-petroleum-based and Eco-friendly, evaporating only water during the curing process and emitting no volatile organic compounds. It does not contain solvents or cause damage to roads or vehicles.

Block Seal™ (BKS)

Block-Seal™ compressed earth block sealant is an excellent additive for all types of soil used in the manufacturing of blocks using compressed earth block making machines. Block-Seal™ compressed earth block sealant not only helps with the soil matrix but also decreases the material’s permeability.
