Huge Cost Savings

A far superior Terrapave road is less than half the cost and lasts at least 3 times as long as a conventional road. That is a saving of at least 6 times the normal financial outlay for a road.

Compared to a typical road with a 50mm asphalt wearing course and cement stabilised base of 200mm, the cost of creating a comparable road with Terrapave topseal is less than half the current rates publicised by Councils and in one State, less than one third that of a standard road and around the same cost as re-sheeting (re-surfacing) an unsealed road.

This also means significant savings to residents who may be obliged under a special charge scheme to make a financial contribution to road construction servicing their property.

The maintenance costs of a TerraPave road are also minimal compared to a conventional road –  usually requiring only a light application of liquid product once a year.

The savings in both time and money by building quality TerraPave roads will allow organisations to build up to six times more roads for the same cost over time.

A TerraPave road is constructed with standard equipment and we are able to train contractors in the correct use of our products to ensure maximum results.
